Directions

When driving from the US, you have a choice between two ports of entry. Cross the bridge at International Falls-Fort Frances and turn west on Highway 11 to Highway 71. From the Baudette-Rainy River entrance turn east on Highway 11 to Highway 71.

Helliar’s Resort is 30 miles north on Highway 71, midway between Fort Frances to the south and Kenora to the north, in one of Ontario’s greatest vacation regions. We are on the east side of Lake of the Woods, at the base of the falls. With fish and game, beautiful scenery we offer you our personal service to help make our vacation as enjoyable as possible.

Nestor Falls is a relaxing place to have fun…to enjoy this great Ontario country…to fish…and explore…swim…water ski or go hiking. The community has three wilderness trails within five miles of us. Take a lunch and enjoy a day in the woods.
